There are Games with +100% discount
There are games which have over +100% discount like Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition has 130% off but then how to buy it because there is no add to cart tab present there and there are many more games like this.

Just sort the list of games in search tab by lowest price and you'll see games with more than 100% discounts.

The sale and the problems with buying is probably related, you won't get them for free probably.

I thought having 130% discount on a game will give me 30% of the games price to my steam wallet :P
