What's its event under https://store.steampowered.com/account/store_transactions

If
:tryAgain:Failed
  • Your money :dollars: will be returned to your balance by your payment processor in 3-5 business days
      Do note that business days do not include the weekends
:avoidtime:Pending
  • Your event will either change to Wallet Credit :correctamundo:; or Failed :TryAgain: later.
:stop:If funds have been withdrawn, do not cancel the transaction!:stop:

It has this warning.

Warning: Did you already complete payment with your payment service provider for this transaction? If so, we will email you when we get notification of your payment and automatically complete your purchase. Again, if your money has been withdrawn, do NOT cancel it.

No.

If it says Failed and your money has been withdrawn, wait 3-5 business days.
If nothing after those business days, then contact Paysafe Card's Support.

If it says Pending, wait for it to either go through; or turn into Failed.

this is what is saying to me when i go to purchase paysafe now

Warning: Your recent transaction with us is still pending! Did you complete payment with your payment service provider? We're not sure yet, and we're waiting to receive an answer from them.

If you continue, and are purchasing any items a second time, you risk being charged twice.

You wait for it to turn into Wallet Credit or Failed.

DO NOT CANCEL THE TRANSACTION.

Then you wait 3-5 business days and your payment processor (PaySafe) should return the money.

Failed means Steam doesn't have the money; the money hasn't reached the recipient successfully, thus it comes walking back from its trip.
