How to use an Animated GIF as my Profile Avatar?
I wanted to use this GIF as my avatar: http://www.cutecatgifs.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/tongue.gif

But I don't know how to set it as my avatar. Anybody know how? I've seen people with GIFs as their avatar so I know it can be done.
