first of all, you need the client to download games and as far as I know windows tablets / mobile devices aren't supported by the mobile app. And even if it were, it wouldn't let you download games anyway.
I've downloaded steam and already purchased the game if that's what you meant. My Tablet is more like a hybrid PC/tablet.
What about an ordinary laptop then, couple years old. I'd have to borrow it.
It doesn't take much at all to run a game like Left4Dead2
Yeah I got it a few months ago, has a keyboard with mouse usb port windows 8.1
I checked most of the specs that I could, I mean I figured out it has 2gb of ram which is minimum req.
Processor on mine is a 1.33Ghz (Quadcore)
Min specs for left 4 dead 2 is 3.0Ghz (Pentium 4)
Guess that means nope?
