Mouse VS Gamepad
Which is better? For Games Like CS:GO, Garry's Mod and TF2? I've been gaming with a mouse for about 6 years, And I'm thinking of buying a Game pad for gaming, But I don't want to waste money if its no better than a mouse.. So which one would you recommend?

Not for those games, no way. They will literally hand u your @zz in games like that if u try using Controller. They are very face paced, KB & Mouse all the way.

Which Games are Gamepads usually best suited for?

non (FPS) Shooters mostly

Don't get me wrong, its nice to always have a Controller around if u have a wide range of games. But playing FPS types on PC means playing with Keyboard & Mouse. Otherwise you're just gonna have a frustrating day, ALOT of you dying and not much else.

Now these are basically games that have no issues fully supporting game controllers

such as Xbox360, XboxOne and others that have that kind of compatibility.

I agree with Bad-Motha. I once bought a nice (i think logitec) controller with buttons and built-in ball mouse. It looked like a detached part of the keyboard with arrows and had extra 16 buttons scattered all over and on the side. I tried using it in gameplay but it was nowhere as cofortable and precise and in the end i returned to the trusted mouse and keyboard combo.

Gamepad is the best solution for rpg, action or ... hack&slash gamers :) U know... lay comfortably on the couch and just play. For fps like CS:GO only mouse :)

I might add however if you are going to play any racing games( car, spaceship whatever..) a controler is the only way to go because you will get you axx handed to you with a keyboard.

I have ripped the keys off my keyboard with games like Blur and Shift.
