How long do I have to wait before I can get refunds again?
Ok, so Steam has these rules that if you get too many refunds they stop them, and I got this because Steam doesn't know how many boring and broken games there are. How long do I have to wait before I'm allowed to get refunds again? I've looked it up but I can't find a answer and I've heard that it might just be the servers backed up because of the MONSTER SALE sale sale...
Thank you and don't be a troll or *ss calling me a bad person for no appearent reason other than Steam is new to refunds.

I had four refunds granted at the same day. It's not like there's a cool down. Just be a decent citizen and only refund if you were sure the game would be good and were disappointed instead of using refunds as a way to try the game.

You can request as many refunds as you like assuming all the games fit into their return acceptence criteria. Any ludicrous claims constitutes to abuse and Valve reserve the right to revoke your ability to refund titles permanently if this happens.

hello

Wow...that was fast. But that still doesn't answer my question. I don't have the option to refund a game and I just want to know how long the "cooldown" is. I've bought some horrible games in the past and now I'm allowed to refund them and I got atleast 10+ refunds in a week. How long do I wait? A week? A month? 10 years?(lol)

If you've bought these games in the 'past' then clearly they cannot be refunded which is why you don't see the option. The guidance criteria is 2 weeks with no more than two hours on record - this isn't exactly 'in the past'.

I've been to the help.steamsupport.com site and even the support site in the steam browser and neither give me the option. Only "I can't fully purchase my item" and the "Gameplay or technical issue"
I even posted a ticket on the support site.

That's the problem I've got refunds from old games like 3 months old and I got my money. But I got Morrowind GOTY edition 2 days ago and I still cannot refund it.

And before you ask I played 47 minutes of boredom + confusion and not knowing what the heck I was doing. And even if I did it wasn't thrilling at all.

I'm not sure, but maybe it's related to this issue?:

Try to make a manual Steam Support -ticket.
I even posted a ticket on the support site.

There is no refund option displayed for a game that was purchased more then 6 months ago.
For those games you have to open a seperate support ticket and ask for a refund, which will be denied in 99,9% of all cases. The system is for refunding newly bought games, not your entire backlog from years ago.
