Black Ops II Activation Code?
So I just got Black Ops II from goodwill. The game comes with a code but was used by the previous owner. I want this game, but can't play until I have a legitimate code. I don't want to get a generator or anything but i don't want to have to spend even MORE money on another code. What should I do?

You cant activate any used game or key on steam. There is nothing you can do with that.

What if I buy an activation key, will that work? Or no?

Only an unused one. Be very careful, you will probably end up with another non working code. You cant really buy codes you need a full retail game either from a retail or digital online store, but a legit one. Not any of these cheap rip off scam sites that will sell you a cheap russian key that you cant use.
