Steam refund isn't being process

I just recently change my password and i refund a game. But after 48 hours the request still open. I know they said it is going take a longer time to protect my account. Does anyone knows usually how long till my request being review?

so long as the ticket is open the its fine only thing you can do is wait noting more you can do

Changing or resetting your password adds 72 hours to all Support requests before they even enter the waiting line, that includes refund requests.
