did i get back my money if the purchase failed on steam
i used VPN to buy fc 25 with 17 dollars and the payment was pending and atfer 2 minutes i cancelled the purchase did i'll get back my money ?

When you bank releases the hold, yes.

I would also advise against using a VPN to buy stuff. Especially if you're using it try and bypass region restrictions.
