Hello. My friend has steam currency in UAH and if I give him a 15 euro gift card code, will he be able to redeem it? As steam said - Steam Gift Cards and Wallet Codes will be converted to the currency of your Steam Wallet upon redemption

Or is that not going to work? Because I just looked online and it looks like some people can't redeem euro gift cards in Ukraine. I'm confused

3rd party physical/digital wallet cards are currency locked now.
