i forgot my steam password but when i wants to reset my password its says your user name or password wrong .thats no problem but when i give my phone number its says you got a code but i dont get the code 😭😭.now its says You have exceeded the number of allowed recovery attempts. Please try again later or try a different recovery method.

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.
