[Help] Controller Vibration/Haptic Feedback not working through Steam Client

Like the title says. For some reason, my controllers, both PS4 and Xbox One have slowly lost their vibration to the point that it doesn't work anymore. They are both charged and fully functional. But whenever I play a game through Steam, the Vibration doesn't work, no matter what game it is.

I can temporarily recover Controller Vibration/Haptic Feedback if I Reinstall the "Xbox Extended Feature Support Driver", but the vibration slowly dies out like before. And I get no vibration at all without said drivers.

This problem only occurs when playing games using the steam client, and when testing the rumble with the "Test Device Inputs" it works just fine. Just not when playing games.
