ShadowPC Authorized Device
I cannot log into my ShadowPC because Shadow is automatically blocking it thinking it isn't an authorized device. ShadowPC is a could gaming service, so obviously the location isn't my own location. When attempting to login via Steam Guard there is no option that let's me say 'This is valid, it's me!'

I am having all of these same issues. I just purchased Shadow PC for the sole purpose of being able to play my Steam games for an upcoming trip to Peru. I can't even get into Steam and I haven't left the US, yet. What is the purpose of having MFA if it won't let you log in even when you do all of the authentication? I have a feeling that this issue is going to be worse when I leave the country next week.
Well what does ShadowPC support say? If you can't log in from a specific device this may not be Steam's fault, there could be an issue with the device/service where it's not meeting the requirements. In that case Valve couldn't be like "close enough", just because you might find that convenient.
