Locked out of account. Servicedesk closes tickets in the middle or resolvement
I am not happy about the fact I have to jump through a million loops to get my account back thereby providing you with bank details and a keys and because I did not write my ticket number in pen above the sidiki the surface desk closed my ticket and now I have to start the whole thing all over again it isn't even possible to describe here what I went through to get the information needed it is absurd how you handle your tickets and then just Closing it anonymously there is no account ability at that server's desk I hope Somebody with a sense of decency That's to read this Post and can help me through the along instead of frustrating me What seems to be on purpose. And Yes this is another Steam account luckly I have but I want access to my other account which has games purchase it in it I don't want the loose because I forgot my password. Again I hope someone in your company can be of actual help to me in this case. Regards,

Dude Ima be completely honest with you, STEAM DOES NOT CARE. I'm experiencing the same thing. You just gotta accept it is what it is, they feel eventually you will get over it and repurchase or redump your money into everything if you got tired of it and if not, they can give you the run around for as long as they like cause either way what you choose to do, they don't lose. Also, I don't know if you have noticed but all steam support responses take like 8-20hrs and when you finally do get a response it is just some generic copy paste mouth throw up you need to comb through and as you mention they will just close your ticket and move onto their next user to do the same.
