How do I get technical support for Steam

I am having real problems trying to move my steam games to a new computer.and I am having difficulty gettting any assistance. These forums have been absolutely useless. Is there any real support for steam , email or phone?

Otherwise just launch steam on your other pc and download them there like normal as this will cause the least amount of problems.

If it's a save issue you need to see where the games store local saves if they use that and just transfer them to the new pc in the same location.
