Escape from Tarkov stutter

My game is running extremely smooth and at high fps, usually sits around 130 to 140.I can run around and alt look without any fps drop but the second I let go of alt look and actually look around with my character my fps drops down to 30-60 range and im not sure why this is happening.Anybody got a solution?
