I've supposedly been mass reported

Hey so, I don't usually interact with the community, but I need a little help or advice on what to do here. Long story short, apparently someone impersonated me briefly, made some fake promises and purchase attempts under my name (But not my actual account) and by result, got me mass reported. Allegedly. Someone reached out with screen shots and everything about how they're sorry and how I need to interact with someone to basically state my case and give proof that I didn't do it. It sounds like a scam but the screen shots look legit. I'm not really sure who to contact or where to go from here despite talking to someone named Satoru. Help?

I can say I reported you, do you really think that it matters or that I actually reported you? if someone is telling you they reported you, they most likely didnt. its just a scare tactic to get you to do with they want.

no reason to keep a ticket inquiring about being mass reported open. it just waste supports time.

next time someone claims to have reported you, simply report their account thru its profile. if they contact you thru another service like discord, you would report the discord account to discord. they will have information on their site about how to report the account.
