Remote Play - Client side video freezing
I'm having an issue where the video keeps freezing every couple minutes when I'm using remote play, and I can't figure out how to fix it. The audio and the input appear to be working fine, but the video just stays on the same image for 1 minute before it picks it back up. Then I can play for another few minutes before it stops again.

Capture 3440x1440 @ 60
Encoder: Game Delayed OpenGL NV12 + AMF HEVC
Decoder: VAAPI DRM hardware decoding
Streaming latency: ~2-3ms input, 7-15ms display
Ping time: <1ms (Direct)
Packet Loss: 0.00% (0.00% frame loss)

The only thing I've noticed is that the incoming video kbits will fall to the double digits, and that is when the video freezes. Once it gets back to 1k+ kbits everything is working just fine. I don't know why the video kbit/s is falling through.

What I've tried:
- Turning hardware encoding off on the host
- enable prioritize network traffic
- Changed the resolution, and framerate limit on the client
- Turned off/on the hardware decoding

Yo, I'm having this issue as well and have run through the same troubleshooting steps as you.
I can't find the reason for why it's happening.

If anyone can shed some light, that would be great.

Thanks for posting, OP.
