Game Gifting

I can't seem to gift a game like Asseto Corsa to a friend because it doesn't give me the option. Do I need to have the game myself before I can or is there a setting I need to adjust?

Are you trying to gift a bundle? "Modern" bundles, aka "complete your collection" (the type that adjusts its price if you already own something) can't be gifted.

It's giving me a region problem, even though I've gifted to the individual before

Just because you can gift one game across regions doesn't mean you can gift everything to the region.

That's right, and even the base game can't be sent because of the same issue because it claims of the region, despite me being able to send a different game with all the DLCs with no issue

Games can have different restrictions set by the publishers/devs.

Not all games can be gifted cross region

The price difference for Asetto Corsa EVO between USD and CDN$ is pretty close to 10% and Steam might see it as being over 10% (especially after taxes), thereby rejecting gift purchase.

It's not the EVO edition I'm purchasing
