動画のエクスポート時の音飛び / Sound skips when converting video

動画録画とMp4変換を初めて使いましたが、どの出力を選んでも
変換後の動画に音飛びが発生します。どのような設定を選ぶとよいでしょうか？
オリジナル動画は全く問題ないのですが、オリジナル動画をそのまま出力しても音飛びが発生しました。

This is my first time using Video Recording and Mp4 Converter.
No matter which output method I choose, the converted video has sound skipping. What settings should I choose?
The original video is perfectly fine, but when I output the original video as is, the sound skips.
