How do I move games OFF my C: Drive
I have several terabytes of space free on my D,F & G Drives and I've added them in my Steam settings. They appear on my Storage Manager storage list and I can click on a game but there is no move button that I can see.

First you need to create a Steam library on those drives with the "Add drive" option in the drop down menu at the top in the "Storage" section of your Steam client settings.
After a library is created you just go to your C drive on the storage page and mark the box next to a game you want to move and a "UNINSTALL" and "MOVE" option will appear at the bottom.
When you select "MOVE" you can choose any of the created Steam libraries, then Steam will move the game files over there.

Looks like this:

Alternately, if you right-click on a game title in the Library list, click on Properties, Installed Files >> Move install folder, you should get a Move Content window with a drop-down list of the other drives to choose from, then click Move.

The Storage settings is cleaner, but you can still do it directly from the Library as I described above.
