Steam Pointshop Hidden Items

There are hidden avatars in my steam pointshop (~240). I have all filter settings set to "show" in my Account. Any ideas why it does not show me the 240 avatars?

Any items from the pointsshop that are from games that are not available in your country, such as germany likes to do, are also not availalble.

Make sure all of the Mature Content settings are enabled in your store preferences too.
If I hide Adult Only Sexual Content, there are 235 hidden avatars, and 239 if I also disable Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content. The actual avatars won't be anything explicit though, even if they come from explicit games.
