In case anyone is having this same problem, with the message "There was an unexpected error removing this product from your account." when trying to remove games through the support page, I have a solution that worked for me.

This error has appeared for me when I was removing some games from my library. With some games, restarting Steam or the PC already solved it, but some still had the same problem. I tried some solutions that I saw on forums, such as replacing the game ID in the page link or trying again after installing and uninstalling the game, but none of that worked. After many attempts I came up with a solution, which at least WORKED FOR ME.

(This method did not worked with beta tests, or at least with very old beta tests, which is my case, but you can try it anyway)

1. First, open the library.

2. In the search bar, look for the name of the game you want to remove and when it appears, left-click on it.

Steam will show you the game's page (not its store page).

3. Below the game's banner, there will be some options like DLC, Community Hub, Guides, etc.

Now you should go to Support, the last of the options. (I know. You've probably already tried to remove the game through Support, but for some reason when you access the Support page through this other path, things just work as they should. At least it worked for me).

Note: If the Support option doesn't appear (if the window isn't maximized), click on the three dots. The rest of the path is the same as always.

4. On the Support page, click on "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".

5. Then click on "Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently".

6. After this, Steam may immediately return to the library instead of showing the page that should normally appear after removing a game through Support, but don't worry. The game has already been deleted. You can check it by searching for it in the library search bar.

As I said at the beginning, it didn't work for me with beta testing games. When I try the method I just explained, the support page is practically empty with no options to click on and the part where the game information should be is also empty.

Ask game support uninstall app is also there responsibility.
they could have added something not part of original game and forgot about it in the uninstall app.

Game mods leftovers is user own problem to know you need wipe or check are they removed from game.
