help i am going to lose my account and i cant do anything about it

i cant get into the email address for my steam account i dont have the number or my phone that had the guard on it i was trying to change my email to prevent losing my account and i havent been able to due to this i cannot contact steam for help at all because of the inability to access my email address and phone please help all of my games years of money and time have been put in whoever this reaches is literally my best hope

If you have lost access to the account

Account Recovery
Make sure you are completely logged out of Steam before you start the recovery process

did you read any of it? the first line - IF YOU LOST ACCESS....

you can recover the account. you dont need access to the email for the account. you only need an email account and then you provide steam with the proof of ownership they require to get the account back. you may not have access to the account for a few days, but that is a minor issue.

yes i know but the thing wont even take my password it accepts it and says

''This account recovery session is not valid anymore, please try again''

so i cant do those steps

go thru the guide I linked. dont rush thru it, dont try to speed read it, dont look for key words. just take your time. when you get to the email address, you click " I dont have access to this"

i did and as soon as i get to the password it does as i told you

it now says i fail the captcha every time so i cant even contact them it wont send

i try to but i dont have the phone the authenticator or the gmail so i cant get in and it wont send the thing saying its either invalid or i failed the captcha
