Post history to the right --->

At the moment there is no overview function for subscribed threads / post. To make a suggestion you can make a post under Suggestions / Ideas.

I'm sure someone will eventually get around to it, seems like a handy feature.:steamthis:

It's not exactly what you want, but Steam does track it.

Support > My Account > Data Related to Your Steam Account > Community & Profile: Discussions Subscription & Usage Data

Should take you directly to: https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/MyForumMetadata

You may be required to log in to see it.

Scroll down on that page and you'll see a very non-descriptive list of Comment Thread Subscriptions

Aside from the suggestion above it just is not a feature at the moment, if someone posts in that thread then it will appear in your notifications.

In the meantime, you can save/bookmark URLs from now on by left-clicking the address bar at the top left which will copy the address to your clipboard, then paste the address into your browser and save it to your browser bookmarks.

What is the issue you are concerned about?

Without knowing the name of the title it's difficult to provide a clear path to the directory, so your best option may be to follow rawWwRrr's suggestion of browsing your subscription data.
