Change default filter and sort settings for wishlist page?

Ever since the last big update to the Steam wishlist page, whenever I view my wishlist using the desktop app (I'm on windows) it defaults to showing "all items with a 50% discount or more". For most of my time using Steam, the default was "all items with any discount" and the change leads to me sometimes forgetting to check that setting and not seeing some games.

Is there a way to change what Steam will open when I open my wishlist in the app? I just want it to go to "<my wishlist>?sort=reviews&min_discount=any" instead of "<my wishlist>?sort=reviews&min_discount=50" (I would actually change the default sorting if I could, but that's less of a big deal, since it doesn't actually hide anything).

I looked around for some settings around this and didn't find any, but I definitely could have just not been looking in the right place.

Steam > Settings > In Game >>> Delete Web Browser Data, restart Steam.
