jumping target/skaczący celownik

Hey, I have a problem with a moving (jumping) target (I don't touch the mouse and it moves by itself), for a moment this problem stopped but it returned, I don't know what it could be but for sure it's not a problem with the mouse because when I exit the game for example Alt + Tab the problem disappears. I have attached a video below of what it looks like,
please watch the mouse cursor. Please help because it's unplayable like this, greetings.

Hej, mam problem z poruszającym się (skaczącym) celownikiem (nie dotykam myszki a on sam się porusza), na chwilę ten problem ustał ale powrócił, nie wiem co to może być ale na pewno nie problem z myszką bo gdy wyjdę z gry np Alt + Tab problem znika. Poniżej załączyłem filmik jak to wygląda,
proszę o zwrócenie uwagi na kursor myszy. Proszę o pomoc bo tak się nie da grać, pozdrawiam.
