Steam Depot/Console download failed

I wanted to download an odler version of an app. And it failed, showing "Depot download failed : error downloading manifest 3660787314279169352 from cache9-sgp1.steamcontent.com (Access Denied)"

Hey juste found a solution I have the same problème using steam://open/console but then I used [DepotDownloader](https://github.com/SteamRE/DepotDownloader) and it work ( if it still dosen't work try opening cmd and doing ipconfig /flushdns and restarting your computer )

bro, can you explain how to use DepotDownloader? when I run it, a window pops up saying "DepotDownloader is a console application; there is no GUI. If you do not pass any command line parameters, it prints usage info and exits. You must use this from a terminal/console"
How should I use this from a terminal/console?
