Different Profile and Account Name
Did Valve do something about this?

I remember changing profile name also changes account name. But i did not remember the last time it worked. "Spy Gaming" isn't my first account or profile name. I think i used "Spy Gaming" a few months back but not from the beginning.

Account names can not be changed. The name on the settings page is the profile name.

When and why did your name get reset anyways?

I did not remember naming my account "Spy Gaming". the ID i am using to log in steam was the same as my email. So i don't know why "Spy Gaming" becoming my account name.

Just browsed your post history. I only wanted to see if that name was used before since it wasn’t in your name history.
