Help I can't purchase anything.
Every time I try to purchase anything I have the thing saying "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance'.

This has been happening for afew days now and steam support doesn't have anything in terms of how to fix this issue and I'm unsure of what to do.

To specify, I can't buy anything even if it's on my card or my steam wallet, and it doesn't matter the game or games since I get it even if I try to buy different games.

Ive tried it and it hasn't been able to help unfortunately since it goes into specifics where I'm just having a general purchasing issue rather than a specific issue, i've tried going onto different things such as the mobile app and opting in and opting out of the beta ext and even none of that seems to work

I removed Just Cause 3 XXL from the cart (leaving two other games) and it worked.

Later I was able to pay for the base game of Just Cause 3. So it was the XXL package.
