Delete a free game and its achievements on my steam profile

Maybe 1 year ago I played several games that started with 100 CATS and I unlocked all the achievements
But now I have a quest to finish all the games I buy at 100% of the achievements, and display it on my steam profile
The problem is that these games pollute my profile a little and I search a lot to do it but I can't remove them.
I have seen several methods like using S.A.M but I am afraid of getting banned from my steam profile and losing all the games I have purchased

If you just want to hide a game, it's playtime and achievements from others, you can mark individual games as private. Right-click the game in your library --> "Manage" --> "Mark as private"

If you want to remove a free game from your account, those will have a "Remove"-button when viewing your account licenses:

If you want to remove a paid game, then you have to click on "Help" on the top of Steam's windows --> "Steam Support "--> "Games, Software, etc.". Then search for the game you want to remove, click on it and at the bottom should be a button called "Permanently remove this product from my account" or something among those lines. This is irreversible!
