search mod... to play tate portrait ue4-5 games

i play portrait at pinball fx....and shmup to my tv
I have play to the crew motorfest in 9:16, it adds sky and road....BEAUTIFULL WITH BIG TV
Other games don't works in 9:16
Is there a method similar to the one used for ultrawidescreen mods... a tweak that would simulate screens on top of each other?
People have Samsung Ark... There must be a mod...

The Crew MotorFest is playable like this: on 2 or even 3 screens or a single 9/16....WRC10 is also playable, but that's it, my other games remain stuck 16/9...
