Need details about "purchase pending"

hello, tried getting 10 bucks in wallet directly from paypal then suddenly got hit with a "Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction on your account."
Did some research and it was either couldn't cancel, waited a week before it fixes itself or can cancel and luckily I could cancel so I did...
Right after, I tried just getting the game addon directly (ESO DLC) and I got cooked again for "Your purchase is pending and will be reviewed shortly. You will be notified when it is completed." then "Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction on your account."...

I was planning a big order soon and if I had to deal with this every single time I buy something, i'm going to blow my brains out 100x in gta roleplay.
How do I solve this client side and how to prevent this from happening again?

What if not? What if it's not going to happen every single time from now on?

With that out of the way, you have to pay attention to the error message itself. There's a previous pending transaction on your account. These things happen! Now, you have to wait til said pending transaction either goes through completely or get canceled (and then the payment companies involved finish back-processing everything).

As of now, all you need is patience. Transactions can be pending from anywhere beween a couple business hours to a couple business days. Wait it out.

As for preventing this from happening ever again, you have to stop buying stuff online. Pending transactions happen. Those. Simply. Happen. That's the reality of any payments except cash. This stuff can simply happen.
