Parental control for Win 11 PC

Hi, could you suggest an app or remedy to control Win 10 PC of my 11y.o. kid

I want an ability to lock entrtaining capability of the PC, before he finishes his homework. And generally the screen time has to be limited to not grow his Astigmatism

Application must be smart to:
- Lock the gaming stores like Steam
- Limit 3d rendering capabilites for games installed without the gaming stores
- Limit access to the entertaining and adult websites
- It must not know his age and not lock the Pegi-13 content for him, we accept the gore.

All locks must be easy to switch off remotely. Like he has done his homework, I am still on job - so I send him the access code or smth like that

Manual parenting is your only option if you want to lock stores other than Steam.

For Steam games, use Family sharing and add your kid's account as a child. From there, you can configure restrictions etc.
