Cannot share screenshots + pop ups are annoying

Cannot upload screenshots of games.
The pop up screens while browsing titles are super annoying as they will often fail to close and cover up the screen.

Could be related to the routine maintenance that Steam does every Tuesday (on their local time). I've seen a lot of users reporting server outages, connectivity issues, accessing certain areas such as discussions or even downloads, or even having problems logging on right around now at the time of this post. So it wouldn't be any surprise if there are issues with the Steam system that handles screenshots until everything is resync'd and running smoothly again. Give it a little time, perhaps an hour from now, and try again then. Cheers and good luck!
