Steam keeps falsly locking my account.
They claim i'm getting hijacked but then show my own IP as the hijacker, and i cant explain them that there is no hijacking there system is bugged out, they give a completely irrelevant bot answear and close the ticket.
Even if i make a brand new account and log in i immediatley get an email that someone logged in my account but it shows my own location.
Wtf am i supposed to do now? How to reach an actual person that can fix this, right now if i send any trade offer i get instantly community banned on any account, mind you i have static IP too.

The whole thing makes no sense basically they accuse me of stealing my own account.

Try the following to secure your account, just in case someone else is logged into your account session without your knowledge.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
