Logitech G Cloud - Hold Action Layer not working

I’m trying to set it up so L2 being held activates a new layer while held.

I set it up as a Hold layer but then saving and going to the game doesn’t do anything when I hold the trigger.

Anyone ideas on what’s wrong?
