Hello everyone, I want to ask for help with my account. 1 day ago it was mistakenly partially blocked due to alleged fraud through trade. And as it was originally: 2 days ago I gave my account to a friend I can trust 100% as usual, he was in a computer club from about 23:05 on January 6 to 8:00 on January 7 local time (+6 Moscow time), because it turned out he received a message that the account was accused of fraudulent activities and that some of my games and add-ons to them would be deleted, now having woken up, having seen all the correspondence, my account does not have a prime status, there is no game "counter strike" on the account and I was stupidly left with nothing. What can I be accused of? I have not used trades for over a year and certainly could not participate in any fraudulent schemes. I even have a limit on the marketplace and trade, and in order to use them I have to top up my account on Steam, since I have not used them for a long time. And in principle, why would I risk it with such an account and such a number of hours played? Now my account profile looks, to put it mildly, not very good, and this inscription does not disappear: "This account is being verified by a Valve employee."

Your account is compromised, you're talking to a scammer, not a real staff member. Secure your account.
You aren't allowed to let other people use your account. Either you or your friend logged into a phishing site, which allowed the hijacker to gain access and trick you by adding a fake message to your profile.

Change passwords from a clean computer

Once your account has been secured, you can click the "Edit Profile" button and remove the fake scam message.

If someone did report your account falsely and you're concerned about being banned, you can rest assured that Steam disregards false reports.

Valve employees will never communicate with you about your account using any chat system including Steam Chat and Discord. The only way you can speak with a Steam Support agent about your account is through the Steam Support Help Site. There's no situation in which you'd need to reach out to a Valve or Steam employee directly to resolve an issue.
