Alt + Tab problem

Hello to all the gamers, I hope someone will be able to help me with my problem, which is happening to me..I bought a completely new gaming laptop, I can play the game on the highest quality, but the problem is once someone will get online from my friends, the fps during the gaming drops from 300 to 70 for example (take it as an example) but they are dropping massively..the same problem I have when I try to open the steam community, trying to send the message to friend, or just trying to check anyones profile, the game itself lags completely, and it doesn’t even show me what I want to do, so entire thing is basically frozen, let’s call it like this..the problem with internet is not a problem, no problem with fps until I try to do something or someone will get online..I hope everyone understand my point. Is there any solution for this? I tried also to shorten the settings quality, but obviously as expected it was not the problem..sometimes it takes even like 1-2minutes to do some action afterwards..before I had way worse laptop, and never had any similar problem, the game was working smoothly. For any tips I’ll be super grateful, cheers.
