Displaying NSFW content

Steam is filtering NSFW content even though i want to see it.

In "store preferences" page in my profile there are "Mature Content Filtering" boxes.
I have only "General Mature Content", "Frequent Violence or Gore" and "Some Nudity or Sexual Content". I know there should be more, but I cant access them.

What might be the reason? My location (heard in some countries there is censorship of content)?

P.S. I dont use any family features

Why not use a 3rd party mod site like nexus? VPNs are yeah not allowed

Why not use a 3rd party mod site like nexus? VPNs are yeah not allowed

The game I wanted to mod doesnt use Nexus or any other 3rd party.
I didnt want out right porn, its just the mods I was looking for are flagged with sexual content because who knows why. Someone got whiny probably

The workshop author added the mature content flags to their workshop items.

No one was whiny.
