Finding lost games
I made some changes to my computer and now I can't find any of my games on steam to download and play, any ideas

You logged in into a different account. Check your email for messages from when you bought your games to check the name of the correct account.

Also, this particular account has 3 games, and its not limited. Is the account you used to make this posting the one with the games, or are you missing different games?

There are 2 buttons in top left corner in your library. Click on a play button to make it grey if it's blue
