How can I run Arkham City GOTY on Windows 11 (64-bit)?

I'm having trouble running Arkham City GOTY on my PC. My system is:

Windows 11 Pro (64-bit)
NVIDIA RTX 4050

I own all the Arkham games, and they run fine, except Arkham City GOTY. Is there a known fix for this issue? I'm really serious about resolving this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
