Games “always” asking to make changes to my device?
I was just curious if there was a way to stop the pop up whenever I launch a game. Could I pick specifically which games show the pop up? The pop up just bothers me sometimes.

The pop-up you’re describing likely comes from games that require elevated permissions (like Administrator rights) to run properly.

Its just a UAC prompt mate, what bothers you about it?
It is good that you think about dialogs your operating system gives you.
This one is something you can either allow or you game will not run (properly).
And yes, you are right, you should think twice about things like that, because this is how operating systems get infected, at least one of the many ways.
You are practically saying: "I am sure this is a good thing, go ahead and change my operating system" when in reality you have no idea what will happen, because the prompt does not tell you.

It is a bit like an app on your phone asking for permissions, but not telling you which permissions. It IS stupid, but better than nothing.

What is "a game"? A dozen of them? A specific one?

none, it's windows itself that shows the popup because of your user account control settings
