hello, can someone help me with the steam os.
I want to install it on my desktop PC but when I tell the bios to boot from the usb it gives me an error that the iso is corrupt, download the steam os from the official page.

If you have a file on your usb disk ending with .iso then you've done it wrong.
Use a special USB Writer software to put the iso image (contained in the iso file) as the content of the disk(which also makes the usb disk bootable)

That’s for installing it onto a Steam Deck. For the PC SteamOS:

Yes, that's where I go, but when I click on the link to download the steam installation, it sends me to that Download SteamOS: Steam Deck Image page, can I run it on a PC?

Got the same issue - it redirects me to the steam deck recovery page and download the file in the format *.bz2.

Did any one found a solution for that?

Valve took down the download for SteamOS 2.0 as it was old and deprecated. Only the 3.0 recovery image for SteamDeck is currently available.
There is no public beta for SteamOS 3.0 for desktop PCs.
