Unable to add "Shakes and fidget" to my library

I'm on Windows 11 using the steam app. I found the free "Shakes and fidget" game but when I try to add it to my library steam says something like "Unable to add this app to your library". I'm signed in. I have also signed out of steam and signed back in and that didn't help.

How do I add Shakes and Fidget to my library via the steam app? Or do I have to do it via a browser? I don't want to download it yet.

Looks like "add to library" is borked currently. Use "Play game" instead.
