Steam Depot Downloader

So i have a problem where im using the steam depot downloader to downgrade any game. In my case i want to downgrade marvels spiderman since the updates break the game even more in performance. I managed to download the files but when i try to launch the game it starts the game for a second and then closes it. What am i doing wrong? thanks for the help in advance

ask own Game support to fix game bug.

if you cant get it to work with Original game Download files, rest is seen as not allowed.
you sure its not a mod that screw up Original files, this is seen before mod can still effect Original files then not delete right way, or modded did not update it's mod content to new game files update.


if game devs itself dont allow you play on old patch version, then watchout for the trap here.

what you dont get it game devs might not want to keep get reply from old game version thats not updated to current version.

this was seen from the past ( apox, before online client ), then ppl never bother update games.
