Nothing to do with Steam. That's a problem between you and that scamsite.

We're not going to help you get stuff off a scam site.

Ask the scam site what's wrong.

Talk to the Scamsite. Keep in mind that if they actually reply they'll lie.

Smarter move is to realise your mistake, stop using sites like that and cut your loses

Since I'm suspecting the problem is you trying to get something from them, I have to assume everything works as intended -- it's a scam site, after all, so their job is to NOT give you things you feel you might be entitled to...

how is keydrop scam site? yeah if you use keydrop gg its prob scam but the official one is pretty good and i made profit and can lift my skins.

A decent scam site doesn't scam every person. That way those that don't get scammed can use word of mouth advertising telling others it's safe to use

All third party skin trading/gambling sites are scams.

Those sites are risky and you could lose the access to your Steam account. And, of course, Steam cannot help you with third party sites.
