How to view the last installed files?

Often games ask to download additional 2-5 Gb and don't inform where this files are gonna be installed, so when i would delete the game, this 5 Gb probably would remain on my PC. Can you suggest a program which would show the last downloaded files and their location?

Unless you're installing mods then those files will be deleted when you uninstall the game.

If you talk about updates then no, those will get merged with the existing installation, patched or not.

And as mentioned, during uninstall, those files will be removed as well.

Those files are installed to the same folder that Steam created for the game. If Steam were to leave any files behind during uninstall, they would be in that same game folder.

I'm not talking about usual steam updates, i'm talking about updates for those, for exemple, online games which have their own launchers for their programms (anticheats and other malware). Sometimes this games don't ask for installing path and clutter disk C, so, can you suggest a programm which would show the last installed files and created folders?
