Unable to receive gift

I wanted to buy hitman woa standard edition, I already have hitman woa part 1 and I have the money on another steam account so purchased from the other account and sent it via gift to this account but when I am trying to accept the gift it either says that "unable to redeem cuz you already have it in your library" or "you've already redeemed it" but the gift is still there and have the hitman woa part 1 in my library. Kindly guide this issue.
