Problems with steam download
Hi everyone, help with the problem. I start by clicking the install button, then the allocation of space goes on and everything stops at 33 percent, then, as shown in the screenshot, there is no display under the DOWNLOADING label of the size of how much was downloaded and the download percentages are not proportional to the volume of the downloaded game.
Also, because of this, after the download is completed, there is a long check on the file size scale.
P.S. This started happening after reinstalling Windows 10

The problem is probably related to Steam because when I press the download button, the download starts at 33% after the space is allocated. There are also problems with download speeds
